Experience and Accomplishments: Mr. Hankins is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology business development professional with 17+ years of experience in the industry, including positions with large pharmaceutical companies, emerging pharmaceutical companies, and government/non-profit organizations. Mr. Hankins has held senior management positions with Cardinal Health, CIMA Labs, Sanofi-Pasteur, the National Institutes of Health and the Small Business Administration. He is a registered US Patent Attorney and Certified Licensing Professional.

John L. (Jack) Daiss, Ph.D. (Consultant and Chief Scientific Officer)
Experience and Accomplishments: Dr. Daiss is highly experienced in molecular immunology and biotechnology. He served as Research Scientist and Group Leader for Immunotechnology within Eastman Kodak's Clinical Diagnostics Research Laboratories, where he led research groups involved in the development of novel immunoassays and biomarkers. While at Kodak (later sold to Johnson and Johnson), he developed novel monoclonal antibodies that were used to establish the “Hot-start” PCR technology. He later became a Research Fellow in J&J’s Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics group, working on diagnostics for cardiovascular and neurologic diseases.
Dr. Daiss then served as Vice President of Research for Egenix, Inc., which focused on a new strategy for improving the diagnosis of prostate cancer. More recently, Dr. Daiss served as Technical Director for First Wave Technologies, Inc., a Buffalo-based technology development company, where he worked with leading investigators at western New York universities in combinatorial biosynthesis, gene therapy, oral diagnostics, and photodynamic therapy. He joined Codevax in 2010, and serves as the Principle Investigator on Codevax’s NIH-funded SBIR award on MRSA.

Stephen D. Chubb
Mr. Chubb is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the medical devices and biotechnology industries. He is currently a business advisor to Catalyst Healthcare Ventures, LLP and a Director on the boards of Allegro Diagnostics Corp., Immunetics, Inc., and Charles River Laboratories International. Chubb is the former Chairman of the Board to Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA.
Previously, Mr. Chubb was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Matritech, Inc., a proteomics-based diagnostics company for the early detection of bladder cancer. Earlier in his career, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of T Cell Sciences, Inc.; President of the Hyland Diagnostics Division at Baxter Corporation; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Cytogen Corp. Chubb is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
Lodewijk de Vink
Co-founded International Healthcare Partners (IHP) after working at Global Health Care Partners, Credit Suisse First Boston from 2000 until 2002. Before that he was with Warner-Lambert Company, joining in 1988 as President, International Operations; he became President in 1991 and Chairman, President and CEO in May 1999. Lodewijk started his career at Schering-Plough in 1969 and left as President, Schering International in 1988. Lodewijk currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Sotheby's and Rothschild and the Board of Directors of Alcon, Inc., Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., and Flamel Technologies, Inc.
